The Water Framework Directive (Priority Substances and Classification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 amend the date by which the Department of the Environment must establish an inventory of emissions, discharges and losses of all substances listed in table 38 of part 2 of schedule 1 to the 2011 Regulations.

The deadline has been extended from 31 December 2012 to 22 December 2013.
