Water Fluoridation (Consultation) Regs 2013

The Water Fluoridation (Proposals and Consultation) (England) Regulations 2013 supplement the provision for the fluoridation of water supplies made under part 3 of the Water Industry Act 1991. Specifically, they impose procedural requirements on local authorities when proposing new, or changes to, fluoridation schemes.
