Town & Country Planning (Procedure) (Scot) Regs 2013

The Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 came into force on 30 June 2013

Planning legislation in Scotland has been amended by four new sets of regulations including the Town and Country Planning (Schemes of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013.

The 2013 regulations consolidate amendments made to the 2008 Regulations and, in addition, makes two further amendments regarding: i) delegation of planning authority interest cases and ii) automatic deemed refusal on certain local review cases.
