The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 came into force on 6 April 2013

The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 amend the 2005 Regulations by increasing all fees by around 20%.
