The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications, Requests and Site Visits) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 amend fees for planning applications regarding the winning and working of oil and natural gas. The revised fee methodology prevents the application of fees to land used solely for underground operations.
