The Ecodesign for Energy-related Products (Amendment) Regulations 2011 insert two additional products (household dishwashers and household washing machines) into the table in Schedule 1 to the 2010 Regulations and add a requirement for the secretary of state to review the 2010 Regulations no later than fi ve years after they came into force. The Regulations also amend the Energy Information Regulations 2011 and reduce the time for appeals to the fi rst-tier tribunal from two months to 28 days.
