The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2012 consolidate six sets of regulations which declare fuels to be authorised for the purposes of Part 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993.

At the same time, the Smoke Control Areas (Exempted Fireplaces) (England) Order 2012 revokes and replaces with amendments the 2011 Order.
