The Pollution Prevention and Control (Designation of Industrial Emissions Directive) (Scotland) Order 2011 designates the recast EU Directive on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (2010/75/EU) as a relevant Directive for the purposes of para. 20 of Sch. 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999.
