The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2014 amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 in Wales to reclassify heavy fuel oil as a petroleum product. This increases the heavy fuel oil inventory threshold where a hazardous substance consent is required.
