The Town and Country Planning (Compensation) (Wales) Regulations 2014 set conditions where compensation is payable in relation to planning applications submitted for developments that were subject to permitted development rights that have since been withdrawn.

This amendment reflects changes to development rights under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2014.
