The Ozone-Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 relate to the minimum qualifications required by those working on the recovery, ­recycling, reclamation or destruction of controlled substances, and the prevention and minimisation of leakages of controlled substances.
