The Scottish Landfill Tax (Standard Rate and Lower Rate) (No. 2) Order 2020 sets the standard rate and lower rate for Scottish landfill tax for disposals on or after 1 April 2020, and replaces an early order which was unable to be approved by the Scottish parliament. cedr.ec/6vl

From 1 April 2020 under the Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015, landlords with “sub-standard“ properties assessed at an EPC rating of F and G must improve the property rating to E or register an exemption if they want to continue to let it. cedr.ec/6vn
