Netherlands legislation updates for June 2019.

The Activities Decree was amended on 14 June 2019 (publication in Official Gazette 170, 2019) to give effect to Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1442 establishing BAT conclusions for large combustion plants. This also applies to the Activities Regulation, which has been amended via a publication in Official Gazette 2019, 28998.
