The Landfill Tax (Amendment) Regulations 2014 came into force on 1 April 2014

The Landfill Tax (Amendment) Regulations 2014 reduce the maximum credit that landfill operators may claim against annual landfill tax from 6.8% to 5.1%.

This change affects contribution years beginning on or after 1 April 2014.
