The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (Registries and Fees etc) Regulations 2011 amend the 2005 Regulations to give effect to EU Regulation 920/2010 for a standardised and secured system of registries.

The Regulations also amend the powers of the Environment Agency, Scottish Environment Protection Agency and Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland.
