The Feed-in Tariffs [FITs] (Specified Maximum Capacity and Functions) (Amendment) Order 2011 modifies and refines the 2010 Order to try to ensure that the FIT scheme is delivered in the way it was intended. Specifically, the Order clarifies when FITs can be combined with public grants following the European Commission’s state aid approval of the scheme.
