The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 requires that recommendation reports accompanying energy performance certificates include cost-effective and feasible energy-efficiency measures.
Energy performance certificates issued to buildings with a total useful floor area greater than 500m3 must be displayed in a prominent position where the building is frequently visited by the public.
