The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend the 2010 Regulations by inserting additional products (water pumps, air conditioners and comfort fans) into the table in schedule 1 (declaration of conformity).

The new Regulations also amend the Energy Information Regulations 2011 by: substituting the reference to air conditioners in schedule 1 (EU measures).

The reference to household tumble driers in schedule 1 is also substituted from 29 September 2013.
