The British Waterways Board (Transfer of Functions) Order 2012 transfers the statutory functions of the British Waterways Board in England and Wales to the Canal & River Trust. It also makes consequential amendments to provide for the board to continue to exist as a statutory corporation exercising statutory functions in relation to Scotland.

The Inland Waterways Advisory Council (Abolition) Order 2012 abolishes the Inland Waterways Advisory Council.
