The Agriculture, Animals, Environment and Food etc. (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2012 amends several existing sets of regulations including the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011, correcting errors and extending powers to cover marine areas.
