In this webinar, Rachael highlighted key skills for effective communication in delivering sustainability goals. Determining the issues that are material to your stakeholders, enables you to be purposeful with your resources and impact. As a sustainability professional, you will have learnt about innovative business models, for these to be realised, the business case needs to be effectively communicated. Proven business model case studies of the circular economy and life cycle thinking where given to demonstrate the resource efficiencies, financial benefits, and new consumer markets to be obtained. Transparency in a communication strategy to your consumers, investors, employees, shareholders and many more stakeholders, will not only allow for stronger market positioning, but it is also now demanded of businesses as we all work towards transforming our world.
