How To: Become a Practitioner – Learning Outcome 10 – Relationship Development

This webinar made up part of our How To: Become a Practitioner series aimed at members looking to take the next step in their membership journey and achieve Practitioner membership status, and at our existing practitioner members wanting to equip themselves with ongoing skills and insight, allowing them to meet their sustainability goals.

Created and delivered by IEMA-approved tutors, each webinar in the series covers the knowledge requirements for the 13 learning outcomes that make up our Practitioner standard. Take a look at our website for more information on the series, to catch up on previous webinars and book onto the next ones!

This webinar we looked at Learning Outcome 10: Relationship Development.

Communication: we all do it, all the time! Yet within our various organisations it is an element of our management systems which regularly fails at audit. It is, however, so easy to get right, if we just give it some thought. As an aspiring PIEMA, you need to know how and when to communicate, not least within your application! In this webinar we considered the different elements of communication which we can deploy, when to use them, and how to ensure that they are effective.

This webinar is for IEMA members only and counts for 1 hour of CPD.
