Today (Wednesday 1st December) BBC News have reported upon the publication of Defra's report and have included findings from IEMA's own report on GHG Management and Reporting.
Martin Baxter IEMA's Executive Director - Policy is quoted in BBC's article urging government to act swiftly or risk being left behind by other countries.
Government needs to act now to introduce mandatory reporting to ensure that UK businesses gain the benefits from embedding sustainability into their corporate strategy.
