Communication, action and climate change
The Institute of Public Policy Research has produced a follow-up report to its 2006 publication �Warm Words' on public action and climate change.'Warm Words II' looks at the changing attitudes to climate change andconsiders how the public can be encouraged to take positive action toaddress climate change. The report largely focusses on the mitigationelement of climate change but is a useful discussion about the link betweenpublic policy communications and public action.
