Ryan says renewable energy can drive economic growth

Energy Minister Eamon Ryan says renewable energy can become the biggest driver of economic growth in Ireland. Mr Ryan is holding a meeting with renewable energy companies today to discuss innovation and job creation. He says he believes the sector can make up for job losses in other areas and offset difficulties in other areas of the economy. The biggest opportunity for jobs and for growth is in this energy area he says.
