Become a Rep. for the IEMA on BSI Committees?

BSI is reorganising the committees that provide the UK input to the development of environmental management standards in the ISO 14000 series and as part of this reorganisation the IEMA is taking the opportunity to strengthen its representation. If you would like to become an IEMA representative on one of these committees read more.The work involves attendance at about four meetings per year at BSI’s offices in Chiswick London and the reading of papers and submission of comments. In addition committee members may have the opportunity to represent the UK at ISO meetings as part of the development and revision of international standards.The table below lists the BSI environmental management committees and the standards that fall within their remit.
Members who are interested in representing the IEMA on one of the committees should send a full CV together with a covering letter specifying the committee they would like to work on and briefly explaining how their knowledge and experience will contribute.
