Shana Westfall is a Technical Director specialising in Impact Assessment based in ERM’s London office.She also leads ERM’s internal technical community for Europe, Middle East and Africa (over 210 practitioners).As part of her role, she is responsible for providing technical governance on impact assessments to meet sustainable finance requirements and in developing innovative solutions for clients.She has worked on projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas in a wide range of sectors.She is also passionate about knowledge sharing and has presented at various conferences and organised a number of industry events (including with IEMA).Ms. Westfall is also a regular visiting lecturer at the University of Oxford for their MSc course in Environmental Change and Management.
