Paul Stookes is a consultant solicitor-advocate at specialist environmental law firm, Richard Buxton Solicitors. He also works part-time for UKELA (UK Environmental Law Association) and lectures at the Open University, University of Herts and City University, London.
Paul is a Lead Assessor on IEMA's full membership programme and has been a full IEMA member and Chartered Environmentalist for over 16 years. He publishes widely and regularly on environmental law and practice. Paul has been involved in a number of leading environmental cases relating to air pollution, biodiversity, climate change and access to justice.
