Jiayi He

Born and raised in Kuwait, Jiayi has resided in the UK for the past 10 years and currently works in the Strategy, Sustainability and Ventures team in bp plc. Prior to joining bp, Jiayi has interned at the United Nations Environment Programme in Paris, where she supported the Climate and Clean Air Coalition and focused on clean transport solutions to support air pollution reduction. Academically, she holds a Masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelors in Philosophy & Economics from University College London.
Passionate about driving change in the energy sector, Jiayi is a part of several youth networks driving both social and environmental sustainability agendas in industries; she is a bp representative at the One Young World conference in Munich 2021, and is currently leading efforts in creating a solution to social impact measurement in bp.
