We are currently working with a leading Architecture and Development Consultancy, who have an opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their growing Development Consultancy team based in London.

The Senior Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for:

• Conducting a variety of analyses related to energy and carbon modelling, daylight and sunlight analysis, overheating and outdoor thermal comfort assessments, pedestrian wind comfort, embodied carbon calculations, and circular economy strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team and key stakeholders to develop sustainable energy & environmental strategies and produce reports to meet the client’s brief and statutory requirements
• Lead environmental workstreams.
• Collaborate with the architectural team on environmental research initiatives to ensure that we remain at the forefront of our industry.

The Senior Sustainability Consultant will have:

• Working knowledge of relevant industry-recognised environmental simulation software to undertake quantitative technical analysis (e.g Stroma SAP, IES, EDSL TAS, MBS, OneClick LCA, Ladybug tools, SimScale, etc.), as well as 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit).
