Job Specific Knowledge :
• Strong background and good overview knowledge of the industry sectors in which Worley operates - particularly, in the mining and infrastructure;
• Understanding, working knowledge and experience of Environmental performance standards and best practice, such EP, IFC PS, lenders requirements
• Good understanding of the market for Environmental assessment and management services globally, in particular in mining sector;
• Pursuit identification, tender preparation and customer presentations
• Project management of mining and infrastructure projects
• Ideally based in London but we shall consider country wide.

Industry Specific Experience:
• Environmental Services for mining sector
• Environmental Services for infrastructure sector
• Experience in EMEA (Europe, including RSA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Middle East) Region

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
• Required - Relevant technical degree from a recognised institution
• Valued - Higher degree or relevant post grad training
• Valued- extensi ve large int ernational project management experience
• Valued - additional languages

HSE Capability:
• Understanding of obligations under legislation, and expectations of our major customers.
• Commitment to adopt corporate integrity frameworks such as Zero Harm

IT Skills:
• Required - Good MS office and general business software capabilities.
• Valued - Specialist technical packages appropriate to job

People Skills:
• Ability to work with team, peers and clients
• Ability to work effectively with a high level of autonomy
• Good customer and presentation skills

Other:
• Excellent organisational, logistical and time management skills, confident working under pressure, along with a proactive approach to work and ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
