Workplace Attendance Category for this role is:  

Hybrid – you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Climate Action Programme Analyst to join our team. This role will support the Climate Action Programme Manager in tracking performance against our climate goals, analysing delivery, and informing strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:  

  • Collating, organising, and analysing data from 12 climate projects to ensure data quality and track performance against KPIs.  
  • Supporting annual data collection, emissions assessment, and audit to accurately track and report progress against targets.  
  • Maintaining performance data within relevant databases, including the Climate Action Dashboard (using PowerBI).  
  • Creating engaging analytics, visuals, and other data interpretations to update and engage stakeholders.  
  • Ensuring financial records are reconciled and budgets are accurately tracked.  

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about climate action and has the following qualifications and skills:  

  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in climate science or a relevant subject, or possess an equivalent level of skills, knowledge, and experience.  
  • Excellent IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (MS Projects), data management tools (Smartsheet, PowerBI) and video conferencing (MS Teams).  
  • Ability to analyse raw data critically, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.  
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.  
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
