About The Role
Due to our continued and exciting growth here at TAC Healthcare, we are looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team. As the HSE Advisor you will work with the Estate Manager to build and operate an end-to-end HSE plan and process.
You will play an active role in supporting and developing the HSE processes across the Occupational Health business to promote a culture of continual improvement amongst all stakeholders. You will also support the on-going development and maintenance of the HSE management systems, and accreditations.

What you will do:
- Work with the Estates Manager to develop, socialise and implement the annual Occupational Health (OH) HSE plan and objectives.
- Responsible for coordinating HSE activities relating to the Occupational Health business.
- Day-to-day oversight of health and safety processes across all OH locations
- Implementing HSE scopes, engaging and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure HSE is integrated within operations.
- Provide HSE input into audits, tender processes and accreditation submissions.
- Act as the main focal point for the local HSE compliance tool and reporting.
- Monitoring and assurance of compliance with codes, laws and Occupational Health bodies, including taking part in audits and clinical accreditations.
About you:
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & 14001, SEQOHS and HIS requirements.
- Strong customer focus with ability to form good working relationships with both end users and colleagues.
- Demonstrable experience in development, implementation and continual improvement of quality and safety management systems
- Previous audit experience, preferably with Lead Auditor certification
- A relevant qualification is desired but not essential, e.g., NEBOSH Diploma; degree or higher level in safety or risk; Chartered member of relevant Institute.
