Working closely with the Global CMO, the Brand & Sustainability Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering Hotel Chocolat's brand and sustainability strategy. You will lead key brand initiatives that create long-term differentiation, inspire lifelong brand loyalty, and align with our commitment to ethical, sustainable practices. This role is instrumental in driving brand growth through innovative brand and sustainability strategies that resonate with both colleagues and customers across all markets.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Craft the Brand Shapers Plan: Design a powerful 2-year brand strategy by integrating market insights, customer behaviour, and our commercial goals, prioritising the best opportunities for brand growth.
  • Lead the Brand Sustainability Plan: Own and evolve our brand sustainability approach to enhance customer appeal, supporting projects like transforming cacao farming or removing plastic across the business.
  • Drive Key Projects: Deliver a roadmap of strategic brand projects with internal and external partners, ensuring they're aligned with our values and enhance long-term differentiation.
  • Build & Track Brand Measurement: Develop meaningful KPIs to measure brand impact, staying ahead by integrating best practices in brand tracking and assessment.
  • Be the Brand Guardian: Work closely with agency partners, empowering them with guidance and support to bring our brand to life consistently across markets.
  • Inspire & Train: Collaborate with Creative Services to build a compelling visual identity and tone of voice, and train teams to amplify our brand across international markets.
  • Champion Saint Lucia: Develop and implement a unique marketing plan for Saint Lucia, integrating it deeply into our brand story and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead a Team of Trailblazers: Guide and inspire a team of two to take on new challenges and excel in their roles.
