Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for managing all the production and non-production environments for new projects in Oracle SaaS and PaaS environments
  • Environment management, including the co-ordination of housekeeping tasks such as backups, restores etc and planned activities, working with the technical teams and environment owners
  • Point of contact for environment owners and responsible for co-ordinating the resolution of issues
  • Ensure that all environments are maintained, aligned and provisioned through sound release and configuration management
  • Collaborate with senior Stakeholders; Dev, Test, Release and Project Managers to identify project demand and resulting impact on QA test environments as well as producing and presenting plans for the use of test environments
  • Manage to completion request for change and changes to the environment
  • Contributing to the strategic direction and support in the formalisation of environment management, across multiple projects and programmes
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in the project specified language (English) including will be responsibility for maintaining environment management documentation
  • Develop presentations for all levels of a client's management team.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of Oracle SaaS Environment Management
  • Experience of Oracle Processes for SaaS including clone requests, upgrade scheduling and raising requests
  • Experience in Environment Management on large-scale transformation projects
  • Experience working closely with dynamic teams including Software Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Test & QA, Release Management, Scrum Masters, Infrastructure Architects, Business Change
  • Demonstrable experience of Oracle Fusion Environment Projects
  • Write required documentation to a good level of English
  • Attention to detail with a pragmatic and enthusiastic attitude to work.
  • The Ability to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
