The Sustainability Program Manager will join JLL's EMEA Energy & Sustainability team, to deliver energy and sustainability products and services to an investor client.

Role Purpose
The Sustainability Program Manager will join JLL's EMEA Energy & Sustainability team, to deliver energy and sustainability products and services to an investor client.
- Oversee and support the collection, analysis and use of assert level environmental data
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of utility data, property data, etc. in databases to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
- Providing insights and trends from utility data
- Assist in responding to investor queries/RFI's on ESG matters.
- Reporting - Oversee and generate site and portfolio reports from data management systems regarding energy consumption and projected consumption based on conservation opportunities.
- Support ESG data analyst in providing guidance on best approaches of data analysis and reporting to meet client's expectations.
- Support calculation models of energy reduction towards client's targets.
- Provide insight on best practices of data analysis, ESG reporting, sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with client's in-house sustainability team to provide a regional and per country ESG initiatives.
- Provide case studies and other examples from JLL to help client implement other ESG initiative supporting their goals
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee performing data analysis and calculations to produce monthly, quarterly and annual energy, environmental and sustainability reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain completeness and accuracy of utility data, property data, etc. in databases to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
- Identifying anomalies and perform gap analysis of the energy & sustainability data and work with client to include corrective actions, including measures which improve the efficiency of data capture.
- Oversee data collection and reporting out of third party platform.
- Undertaking data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement, energy conservation opportunities, and potential cost reduction.
- Collaborate and coordinate between multiple JLL sustainability delivery teams to ensure that all efforts are coordinated and aligned with the client's targets and goals.
- Preparing environmental reporting in accordance with globally recognised protocols, such as CDP and DJSI.
- Provide support in creating and implementation of energy & sustainability management strategy
To apply you should have/be
- A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainbility, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, energy management, or environmental consulting
- In-depth understanding of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practises in the real estate sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and manipulation tools with the capability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Experience in developing and maintaining calculation models for energy reduction targets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in collaborting with senior stakeholders and driving sustainability initiatives
- Relevant certifications in sustainability or energy management (e.g, LEED AP, CEM) are preferred.
