The Industrial Emissions Directive is overarching European legislation implemented in the UK by the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016. This presentation will provide a review of the requirements to comply with Article 13 of IED and derogation requests. The event provided an awareness of the IED and how this is the framework for all major UK environmental legislation and how to effectively manage compliance.
