The Heat Network (Metering and Billing) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 amend the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014 to make a range of changes. The deadline for heat network operators to notify the National Measurement Office of these systems is extended from 30 April 2015 to 31 December 2015. Further amendments are made to improve the clarity of the regulations, so that duties imposed and references made are properly understood.
