The Gas and Electricity Licence Modification and Appeals Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 amend the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 and the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 to establish a new procedure for electricity and gas licence modifications. This arises from obligations under the Electricity Directive (Directive 2009/72/EC) and the Gas Directive (Directive 2009/73/EC)
