The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015 make changes to the domestic renewable heat incentive. Biomass cooker stoves and high temperature heat pumps are brought into the scheme. The amendment clarifies the status of "related property", such as sheds or garages where these receive heat, so that these are not eligible for payment but may be included within applications for the scheme.
Social landlords will also be eligible for accreditation without a green deal assessment.
