The Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2015 brings sections of the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011 into force. Owners of reservoirs in Scotland registered under the Reservoirs Act 1975 are required to register with SEPA as a controlled reservoir owner by 1 October 2015.
