The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales)(Amendment) Regulations 2012 amend the 2007 Regulations. Regulation 12, revoking parts of the 2007 Regulations, came into force on 5 April 2012, while the remainder of the 2012 Regulations came into force on 6 April 2012.
