IEMA events are an integral part of IEMA Membership and provide many opportunities for networking, best practice advice, CPD and further development. IEMA members are automatically assigned to a region in which they reside, but they are not restricted to only that region's activities.
In addition to the membership benefits currently received by international IEMA members the IEMA will support international activities that contribute to the Institute's overall aims and objectives where this activity is low or no cost. This would include supporting and promoting relevant in country meetings and networking events to support knowledge sharing (improving environmental practice and performance) and raising professional standards. The IEMA website has dedicated international and country specific pages. The institute will also support the creation of an in country point of contact to co-ordinate networking activities in the region. This position will be reviewed during 2010.
Please visit your regional homepage by clicking the relevant link below, or click on the links for the surrounding regions to find out what other regional events are available.
Each regional page also includes contact details for each main regional contact.
