| Synopsis: | DEFRA are seeking views on the draft new statutory instrument (SI) which will implement in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland a European Directive (2005/32/EC) establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy using products. Detailed questions which DEFRA would like answered can be found within the consultation paper. |
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs welcomes comments on the attached drafts of this proposed statutory instrument (SI) and the related Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) by 29 November 2006.
