| Synopsis: | DEFRA are consulting on the proposed list of installation-level allocations prior to its finalisation later this year. Operators are invited to comment on any errors that may be contained in the data and information used to calculate the incumbent allocations. More specifically, the Government is seeking comments on any factual errors contained in the National Allocation Plan (NAP) including: any numerical errors any calculation errors generally whether the Allocation Methodology rules have been applied in accordance with the DTI's written decision. |
Background
This consultation relates solely to the installation level allocations. Policy issues such as CHP and the NER have been consulted on as part of the draft National Allocation Plan in March 2006. A response to the consultation has been published alongside the NAP.
