Free Regional Events
On joining the IEMA, members are allocated to a region and receive regular invitations to free and discounted regional and national activities, events and environmental conferences. Attending these can help you gain ideas and solutions for projects and dissertations.
Publications
Receive free or discounted publications. The IEMA produce a number of publications, including reports and guidelines on best practice. Many of the IEMA's publications can be used as learning resources for projects as they contain many practical solutions to environmental problems and current guidelines on best practice in all areas of environmental management and assessment.
Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv)
Aim to become a Chartered Environmentalist when you progress through the membership levels with knowledge and experience.

Student membership fees

Student membership of the IEMA costs just £10 per year!
* You must provide proof of your full-time student status, e.g. photocopy of a university offer/acceptance letter, scanned image of your university card.
Failure to include this proof will delay your application.

On completion of your studies you automatically advance to graduate member status.
