IEMA Mentoring Scheme

The IEMA Mentoring Scheme provides support and encouragement to IEMA members wishing to progress to higher levels of membership. IEMA is delighted to be able to offer services of such support, as we continue to strengthen our commitment to the development of our members.

If you are an Associate member wishing to progress to Full membership, you will be matched with a Full or Fellow member that has undertaken the necessary training to ensure they can provide you with the correct support and information.

Agreed goals may be set to help you with your upgrade application and there is no time scale allocated to this process. This may take weeks or months, depending on your level of knowledge and experience. The mentors are there to support and challenge you to develop the necessary competence to progress through the membership levels.
