Preparing for Mandatory Carbon Reporting

•        Draft GHG regulations were announced on 25 July- consultation closed 17 October 2012
•        Regulations are expected to be laid before Parliament in May 2013
•        Regulations due to come into effect as legal requirement in 2013

Introducing the European Commission's EIA and SEA Guides on Integrating Climate Change and Biodiversity

The European Commission has launched two new guidance documents to provide direction to EIA and SEA on integrating enhanced consideration of climate change and biodiversity effects into practice. This webinar will provide and overview of the key messages from both guides, with anticipated presentations from the Commission and Collingwood Environmental Planning (the UK consultancy that was a key part of the Group that produced the guide).
