Despite its environmental name EIA has a significant role to play in managing negative and enhancing positive effects on communities that can result from development proposals. Many of the most common 'environmental' topics found within Environmental Statements have direct links to areas of community concern - Noise, Visual, Transport, Air Quality, etc.
As with all EIA the need to influence the design early and effectively is the key to success. This webinar explored case studies and provided advice from leading consultants who focus on areas where EIA activity and community impacts interact.
