Technical help: IEMA’s Policy and Technical Team is available to provide assistance. The team has particular expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management and Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, but can also provide advice and sign posting to additional sources of help on a wide range of environmental queries.

Nationwide access to regional networking events: Events are an integral part of IEMA Membership and provide many opportunities for networking, best practice advice, CPD and further development. Corporate Members are able to nominate an employee to participate in any of IEMA's regional events. Please visit http://www.iema.net/regions for more information.

Free or discounted publications: The Institute produces a number of publications; including the Practitioner series, reports and guidelines on best practice, which are available free or at a reduced price.

The Environmentalist: Corporate Members are entitled to receive upto 5 copies of  the Institute's flagship magazine, 'The Environmentalist'.

Access to reference library: IEMA's reference library contains a wide range of information on Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Systems and Environmental Auditing. Documents include Environmental Statements, Corporate Environmental Policies, directories, conference proceedings, research papers, amongst others. Corporate Referrals: IEMA maintains a record of information on the skills and experience of consultancies which are Corporate Members to allow us to provide a referral service to anyone contacting us looking for environmental specialists.

Course Content Guidance: Advice is available on the content of education and training courses, and assistance can be provided with development and content of courses or modules in environmental impact assessment, environmental auditing and environmental management systems. Guidance is already provided on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Assistance is available at a reduced rate to members.

Speakers and Speaker Referrals: Institute speakers are provided at a reduced rate to members. Contact details can be provided for expert speakers for specialised courses.

Working parties formulating best practice guidelines: Members are routinely consulted in the production of Institute guidelines and have the opportunity to become members of Institute working parties and influence best practice. To-date working parties have developed guidelines for environmental impact assessment, the environmental assessment of road traffic, landscape and visual impact assessment, baseline ecological assessment and public participation.
